Standard Residential/ Commercial Service Rates
| Residential rates: $25.00 base rate which includes up to 1,000 gallons per month and $6.00 per 1,000 gallons thereafter. Commercial Rate: $53.00 base rate which includes up to 2,000 gallons per month and $6.50 per 1,000 gallons thereafter. A $1 Safe Drinking Water Fee (SDWF) will be collected per account for the LA Dept of Health & Hospital |

The water bills are due on the 25th of each month. After the 25th, a late fee will be applied to your bill and your service is subject to disconnect. There is a $50.00 reconnect fee if your water service is interrupted. Our community's water meters are read each month. Please contact our office for any additional information.
